Hi! I’m Katie Billings, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist providing in-home, play-based pediatric speech and language therapy for children and families in Irvine and surrounding Orange County communities.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, Fullerton, and my Master’s degree from Maryville University. Throughout my career, I have worked in outpatient pediatric clinics, schools, and early intervention settings, helping children build the communication skills they need to connect with the world around them.
My areas of focus include early language development, speech sound disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and childhood motor speech disorders. I use a play-based, child-led approach that makes therapy engaging and fun while targeting meaningful communication skills that carry over into everyday life.
Through in-home speech therapy, I partner closely with families to support communication in a child’s natural environment. I believe parents and caregivers are an essential part of the therapy process, and I strive to provide practical strategies that empower families to support their child’s progress outside of sessions.
My passion for this field is also personal. Growing up with a younger brother with autism inspired my dedication to helping children find their voice and build meaningful connections through communication

Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for possible insurance reimbursement.
